Meet the Founder

Full House Unlimited, LLC Founder Hari’ Lymon lives by the company’s motto, "We Work Hard So You Can Play Hard!" A dedicated businessman and devoted family man, Hari’ juggles a full-time profession and two home-based businesses with an active social life that includes sports, travel and his No. 1 priority: family.

Hari’s philosophy of working hard and playing hard began long before his professional career. A standout in high school and collegiate level sports and academics, he boasts the following awards and honors:
  • Outstanding Football, Wrestler and Baseball player for City College High School from 1988 to 1992
  • Received 1991 Baltimore City High School Football Offensive Player of the Year Award
  • Named to Baltimore City’s High School Baseball All Conference 2nd Team as 2nd Baseman
  • Named Most Valuable Player on Baltimore City College High School’s Varsity Wrestling Team in 1991
  • Graduated in Top 5% of Class from Baltimore City College High School in 1992
  • Received partial academic scholarship to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD
  • Named JHU Freshman Football Player of the Year in 1992
  • Named to Centennial Football Conference's 1st Team Offense in 1995 as a running back
After graduating from Johns Hopkins University in 1996, Hari’ began his career as a business analyst with CitiFinancial, part of global financial services leader Citigroup. Currently he serves as Marketing Director, leading the company’s direct mail customer retention program for more than 4 million customers.

Hari’s entrepreneurial spirit and sense of family drove him to create Full House Unlimited, LLC in February of 2006. The company specializes in planning entertaining, educational and motivational events for adults and kids of all ages – from singles to couples to families. By providing the very best in service, Full House’s goal is to bring fun and people together!
"...My friends and I had a wonderful time. We are still talking about it...."
Family First
Though Full House Unlimited and other business ventures keep Hari’ very busy, family always comes first. Along with spending time with wife Tiffany and their four children – Ayanna, Kylon, Kaden and Kayla – Hari’ enjoys his extended family and network of friends in the Baltimore area. He also supports Tiffany’s vision to create her own financial literacy business, Mind Over Money, LLC.

By making family a top priority in his own life, Hari’ is able to recognize the needs and dreams of his customers – allowing them to play hard too!
